The Genius of Numbers STEM Kit
The Genius of Numbers STEM Kit
Where zero was born, where patterns became science, and where your students become the next great thinkers.
The Genius of Numbers Mathematics STEM Kit is a complete, everything-included activity kit that brings together geometry, number theory, sequences, algebra, and Indian mathematical heritage in a single hands-on experience.
Students explore four of India's greatest mathematical contributions — the same ideas that shaped the number system every person on Earth uses today. They draw Kolam and Rangoli geometric patterns on dot grids, discovering real symmetry groups in art that Tamil women have created at their doorsteps every morning for thousands of years. They build the place value system and binary code using bead sorting trays. They discover the Fibonacci/Virahanka sequence in nature and calculate the golden ratio. And they practice three Vedic mental math sutras — ancient calculation shortcuts that work because of algebra, not magic.
This kit is part of the TP Designs STEM + Culture series — because representation in STEM starts with what we build, what we celebrate, and whose stories we tell.
